Book was in good condition, however, delivery took a few days more than the maximum number of days estimated.

This book has all rights reserved and does not have a fair use license for copying definitions relevant to a particular use. If anyone from the legal profession knows of a legal dictionary that has license for limited copying for acedemic purposes, I’d like to know. Or, if someone from West Publishing could let me know how to obtain a license to copy, say 15 definitions, this would be great. Thank you!

I never received this item. I ordered it from Amazon but due to their one-click issue, they put the wrong address on the purchase. I contacted both Amazon and the Seller immediately (within 2 minutes) and advised them both of the wrong address on the purchase. Amazon told me to contact the seller as there was nothing they could do. The seller responded with a generic automated response, and still sent it to the wrong address. The people at the wrong address received it but tried to forward it to the correct address. I don’t think the post office sent it to me, nor did the seller credit my bank account when it was returned to them. I am highly upset and angry that neither Amazon nor the seller could read the email and behave accordingly.
I will NOT buy from this seller again because they actually had two emails from me and apparently didn’t read either one. Now I’ve lost the money too.

As a corporate lawyer Living in Mexico City Amazon is a fantastic tool which gives me access to many books I would otherwise find impossible to get. The speed is quite amazing too!

I am NOT happy because I NEVER received my book I paid for!!! I understand used books may not be in the best shape but if you take someone’s money I think the least you can do is actually deliver the book!
